Please do note that I have no ill will when it comes to the star-ranking, Just think of it as a 4 out of ten. I don't like using it all that much, since it feels like I'm giving out grades more than actually trying to help. The most important thing is the critique itself, so please don't be discouraged by my harsh rating.

These are both very cute. You know how to use colors and make it so they compliment each other. The girls stand in an interesting position as well.
I do not think it's really necessary to have both a watermark and a signature on the picture, especially considering it's an adoptable. You have to make sure that the art-design is tangible to the eye at once. Having a watermark go over one of the schoolgirls is really preventing this.

While the uniform is accurately drawn, it is quite lacking in details. The main thing about adoptable characters are the unique designs they possess. These are very cute chibis, but from a design aspect they don't bring much new to the table. Since these are bases there are obviously things here that are out of your control when it comes to the lineart. When making adoptable art I suggest drawing everything yourself, that way you receive much more creative control.
